Hhmmm. I usually use my phone in working online. So I think I should use my laptop more often.

The only way to have them coming from the same IP address is if you are SURE you are on Wi-Fi from home. Using Mobile Access or Wi-Fi from another location, changes the IP address.

My phone did not have any data, or anything like that. The only way for me to access the internet was through my home wifi, and that is the only time when I would try to do work on these sits, yet they were still able to tell that something was different. I have a static IP too, so it never changes.

Somehow on Reddit someone has posted list and list of test on UsabilityHub. I went ahead and started doing some of them, looks like a quick way to get your earnings higher. I did not do test in another language nor did I do ones that I did not understand.

I checked some of them and it wasn't that hard. I wish I can join there this week as January is coming.

No these test are not hard. Just follow the directions, that easy. And honestly if I don't understand I do skip. Not often but I will because I would rather have a good tester rep then a bad one. Why do you have to wait until January to sign up again?

Hey that was fun, even if it does probably mean a terminated account.

Yeah I was wondering that I didn't do all the task listed and skipped some of them. Well I'll let ya all know if I get terminated for doing those. The fact that people found then randomly is pretty surprising to me.

I am in need of new sites to work on, so I am not going to risk the links. But thanks for posting them anyway :)

Yeah I would highly suggest for people not to do these test if they are worried about account termination. So far my account is still active with the amount I ended with from doing the task. Hoping it won't be shut down but we shall see. I really don't know if I did anything wrong anyways since their site doesn't specify much about who gets what test and so on.

I did about 35 of them, because I wasn't making enough to care. I will go back and do more in a couple of days. If I lose my account it will be no big loss, since I wasn't happy with them anyway.

These types of websites usually wait to terminate your account once you have reached cashout and try to redeem it. I wish they would tell you straight away though, and save you the time.

True 10 cents isn't much money but I don't like to complain because to me money is money :/. Oh really may I ask why you were not happy with them? Just curious. The only thing I am not happy with is that their site says experienced testers can make $6-$10 an hour. I have never came close, so many people are on the site now that it probably is impossible. They really need to take that down.

Yeah I am very close to cashing out and figure if they are going to terminate me that is when they will. I am not going to go back to that thread on Reddit and do the test. I thought about emailing them about it but don't know if I want to.

On a side note there is tester guidelines we are suppose to follow: https://usabilityhub.com/testers/guidelines

You may need an account to view that link I am not sure.

You are right. They will not ban you till you reach the cash out limit as they need your efforts till then. That is just insane.

I will just wait for somebody's feedback who could withdraw from them.

Wow! Responses are really encouraging. Though it is a slow earner but it is quite different and legit so I am thinking to give it a try. Thank you @WorkAtHomeGal for sharing this.

I at at $1.10 right now after completing two more tests just now. I really wish tests were more frequent, or that the payout threshold was at least lower.

If there were sufficient tests, then reaching payout may be faster. I do hope it can offer more tests this coming January as I am planning to join.

I can't really accurately say how many tests they give out daily, because I am not always with my laptop to keep checking. But when I do check there almost always appears to be one, if not two. That is why I'd like to do it on my phone, because then I could check more often and earn more. But I am not sure if using a smartphone to do the tests is allowed.

I think it would be better to contact their customer care and get the things clarified before start using a smartphone. Otherwise they may ban your account as soon as you apply for a withdrawal.

Re: UsabilityHub

Postby WorkAtHomeGal » 30 Dec 2015, 18:58

I actually have been keeping track of my earnings on UsabilityHub so I will share them for people have an idea.

Dec 15th - 60 cents
Dec 16th - $1.60
Dec 17th - 90 cents
Dec 18th - $1.80
Dec 19th - 20 cents
Dec 20th - 10 cents
Dec 21st - 70 cents
Dec 22nd - 10 cents
Dec 23rd - 30 cents
Dec 24th - 20 cents
Dec 25th - 10 cents
Dec 27th - 0 (No Earnings)
Dec 28th - $10.80
Dec 29th - 60 cents

Obviously I cannot sit on the site all day. I refresh the page as often as I can but some days are better then others plus right now earnings are slow. The day I had high earnings was when I did extra test I found on Reddit although I regret doing that now.

I am thinking at best a person might be able to cash out once a month on this site but maybe more times. January there probably will be more test once we are out of New Years day so earnings could increase nicely. I do believe some test may be based on demographic but I am not sure. Hope my earnings help answer some questions people may have had.
