I am reading how the payout requests are taking long to fulfill on that site. Also email inquiries are not returned with an answer. These are not good signs. It seems like users like that site as another way to earn so I hope that site will be around.

Yeah, no one is quite sure what is going on over there right now. I think that like many sites do, they let too many people sign up at once and then couldn't cover the payments. Just my guess. That and they may have ended up having to wait for payments themselves from their customers. I still hope that they will get it sorted out.

Exactly. At least send out an email to let users know what is happening. I sent that first email around the ninth of March, and they have yet to even open and read it. So don't know what that's all about. Seems to be getting more serious the more time that goes by.

I get responses in email. I think they should change what's indicated about payment duration at the Payout FAQ page.

I used to get email responses too. Have you emailed them lately? I haven't heard anything since I emailed them about my payment. I sent them two emails, spaced apart. They haven't opened them yet either.

For me it's too early to hope for a payment, as I've cashed out only at 25th of March, and there is shown yet OPEN. However, I've made after redemption other $3.60. Maybe it's already a habit to click there.

Mine is still open. It was March 9 when I cash out. It has been 23 days now that passed and they are not responding to emails. We need to tell them the truth, I think we need to tell them that we are not liking the delay of payment and they should change the payment of 7 days on their rules because it is a big discouragement.

I remember just now another site from the past. I mean Bubblews. There was the same problem with payments' delay. I think it's not fair at all to play with all users' mind, and to keep the silence, without any communication.

Snap, I cashed out on the same day lol. Mine too still says open as of today, and they still haven't even opened either of my emails. I don't know what to do at this point. There is nothing we can do but wait until they decide to pay, if they ever do.

They are giving us the impression that we should not trust the site and now it is still OPEN and as of this day, there are not tests available. It is making me sad that they should treat us this way. I guess I will try to pass a week before emailing them again.

If you have cashed out at 9th of March, soon will be a month since your redemption. It's really frustrating to have to wait so without any response from the staff.

It's encouraging to read that you could cash out more than $20 from the site in one month. However, it seems there are issues with the site judging from the comments of those who have used it. I'm not on the site but if it's credible I'd like to join.

Wjat is weird and worrying is that they know we have access to the faq. So they know that we know that it is supposed to take 7 days after cashing out until payment reaches us. Then obviously we are going to get worried when it is 20 plus days without hearing anything or being paid. They should make a site announcement. I might even quit the site after receiving this payment. I don't like their conduct.

@Dreeklass that is the reason why I leave the site, when the admin or the owner is not taking care of the feelings of their members. A site needs a trusted members for it to last long, but if that treatment is like that, then they should be not having business at all. It is a poor service. A little reply would ease their members for sure, but it is not happening.

I stopped too to spend my time on UH, till I will see a payment, no matter if it's mine or of someone else. But so, I feel I'm working there- more or lesser it's not important- only to lose some time in the case they will not pay us.

Perhaps they are not taking the time to make an announcement because they don't have anything reassuring to say or offer us, so they are just staying quiet, which is even more worrying.

Maybe they have just now some Shakespearean thoughts: to pay or not to pay our members LOL. Although I would like to see there a faster decision, because soon I will start thinking : to keep or not to keep myself as a member of this site.

I received my first payment with them early this morning. It is only $19.80. They said that the two test are not credited because I answer it fast, in less than 2 seconds. I wonder how I did that? :lol: but maybe I did. They give me the notes that our answer should based on their quality guidelines. I received my payment and this is 25 days before it happened.

However it's better than one month and four days, as another member received his payment from UH. Congrats @grecy0905 for getting finally the payment. In this case, we can hope further to receive ours too. :)

I also wanted to come in here and let everyone know that I got my payment of twenty dollars earlier today. It is nice to have been paid, but five days short of a month since I cashed out? Ridiculous, and they still haven't read or responded to my emails. I still don't trust these guys.
