Yup. But sometimes i always disqualified by the screening questions of the surveys. There are also plenty of different offers : watching videos(not available for my country), surveys, download apps,crowdflower tasks.........

How much time you took for earning this 1$?

I earned around 60 cents when i signed up. I checked everyday to qualify for a survey. Finally, after a week, i finished a survey for 60 cents. You can do other offers there as well. It doesnt have to be surveys
