Admin try it send as friend without fee but PayPal didn't allow on my account so fee is being paid.

Yes minimum payout is 1$. You need 50 post to earn that. 3 post per hour is allowed.

Referral earnings are activated after referrals 100 post. Before that, you don't get anything.

Check in what section did you post. Not all section are paid.

BMF also paid me in bitcoina bout 11$. You can post 3 threads per hour which give you 50 BMF=0.05$ each when you post 20 threads you will get 1$ in a day but your post must be unique and not copy paste also you get paid for posts too 20 BMF=0.02$ each hour 3 posts per hour after 50 posts you get 1$.
