You need at least two month (I need it more since I was not to acitve there) and you will get money after third month.

All countrys are accepted, this is my second payment (you can find first payment viewtopic.php?f=37&t=20491).
There is refferral program but it's not worth it

4200 points should be more than 4$. Post new content little often and you will easy earn 6$ in month and have enough for payment.
