This website sends you 15 seconds to 30 seconds tests in your email once you register. The tests are all worth 20-40 (more in some cases) cents each. The payout minimum is $10 but there is a catch. you have to grab the test asap as they fill out too quickly. Remember UserCrowd?

I have joined Usercrowd. The best. They always send tests on email. But be mind full it's on a first come first served situation so you should always make sure you check your emails regularly or you will miss out on tests.
