Pinterest is more a site where things get shared so to be on Pinterest, you don't necessarily need to do anything yourself. The blog post I found with your referral link has a Pinterest share link and shows as it being shared 275 times.

Sorry, but I can't remember exactly where I saw this site first! I joined a while ago and never came back to post until now. I was going through my bookmarks this morning and came across it. I had obviously checked it out some time ago and thought it was a worthwhile forum to post on. Sometimes I tend to have a look through other forums to see if anyone has recommended any legit trustworthy sites and that is probably where I found the Forum Coin. For any which way, I'm glad I did find it, and I'm glad I decided to have a look through my saved bookmarks today.
