Its always nice to see new members take an extra interest in various sections of ForumCoin. Glad you were brought to this site by reading a review of one of our members. However, there are times some detail in rules change, and some of those reviews are not updated to reflect those changes. The timing of the article posting is one of those changes.
If you go to the Article section, you will see two posts "locked" in the "sticky position" at the very top of the list of topics. That position is placed there because those two topics establish the rules for that section of the site.

viewtopic.php?f=67&t=13464you will find a list of "Article Guidelines".
"13. Please post a max of one article every 48 hours."
Is one of those changes that has been edited since the review was written.
If you look down near the bottom of the home page, you will find a statistics section. Between the list of who is online now and the list of those who have been logged in recently (the latest 48 hours), you will see a "Legend"
Legend: Administrators, Article Writers, Global moderators
If you actually click on the "Article writers" link, you will find a list of members who have applied for an article writer authority and have been approved to post them. As you can see, very few members have actually expressed an interest in submitting longer articles or have been approved to do so. After all, you must submit at least 500 word articles for this section of the site with each new topic, and most members here are not seeking that level of commitment.
That list does change from time to time, as members are active for a time and a few are banned due to site rule infractions, and new members join in and are approved for that position. In most cases, once approved, members remain on that list even if they are no longer active. Once a member, you can come and go any time, and some members may be missing in action for months or even years at a stretch. About 2 dozen members in that list have not been active in quite some time. All recent articles have only been submitted by those who are currently active.
If you are interested in joining the article writers group, you must first submit an application and be approved. That part is explained in the other locked in sticky post at the top of the list of articles in that section of the site.

viewtopic.php?f=67&t=15247Be sure to read and follow the instructions carefully. Not following the specific instructions is a significant reason for being rejected.
Fergal is the site owner and CyberFreak is the administrator of the site. No one else can translate their rules for them. Read and follow those two posts to get the correct information "from the horse's mouth" for maximum success.
Hope I have answered all your questions.
