I think surveys lack quality so they are waste of 1 fc to be counted as general off topic. There is nothing dynamic about surveys. You cannot have sensible conversation with them. So My suggestion is to count surveys as games because people tend to abuse them, More important topics like current events should be discussed over repetitive surveys.
