Unfortunately, our advertising revenue is much less than what we are paying out in exchange for ForumCoin. As a result, we will be reducing the amount of ForumCoin we pay per post from this weekend. The exact rate has not been decided yet, but rates will be reduced to about 0.5 ForumCoin per post and per topic in most forum sections.

I am really sorry to have to do this, if ad revenue increases in the future we may be able to increase the rates again at that time.

It depends so whether someone shuts down the payment program because the paid program is not a bank or the owner will not for example pay the members from its salary if Google Adsense account suspended for example or there is scam advertising platform then he shut down the payment program until resolve all these cases while for second case there is some incomes so he reduces pay rate for that payment rate much the earning scheme.
