Hello support,
I have been trying to find a work around but I just seem not to get it.How can I delete my old messages in my PM,my inbox is full.Thank you in advance for you help.

Go to whichever file you want to clear.
Note the box at the end of each message and click those you want to delete.
Scroll to the bottom and click on the box that says "Mark/Unmark as important"
Choose the option that says "delete marked" and then click on "GO"
You will be moved back to the top where you choose to confirm and it is done.

On the other hand, simply ignore. They are each automatically deleted as your file count exceeds the 50 post limit.

You can also add another file folder and move your older content there if you want to keep it.
Click on Move Folders and settings at the left and follow the instructions there to create a new folder and move your content.

There is also an option to increase your file space:

Thanks, I have finally gotten it, I did not have an idea literally. I think I will maintain the 50 messages for a while because some conversations that come into my inbox are strictly business and at some point, I eventually close the deal. If I close the deal then I determine if we will ever have a repeated deal or open another subject. Those that will need to open another subject can be deleted.
