You can speed up the process. Tell Fergal, to log in in to their Paypal account and to click "confirm receipt" next to transactions related to their sending to you. After this, the money will be relased immedidiately.

just tell fergal about u problem (pending balance ) he absolutely know what to do

It will take 22 days to be pending on your Paypal account. You can't do anything but to contact the sender of the payment, that would be Fergal. Redalay is correct. Thumbs up to that!

Wait for two days for the amount to appear in your paypal account.This problem is not regular but it does occur on one occasion.
You will get your full amount just within two days.Wait a little bit longer.

That's not the problem ! the problem is that the amount appeared in the pending balance and they says that i can't use it and i should wait for 30 days to be able to use the amount !

Whenever that has happened to me in the past, there has been an option to accept the payment. And then it should go into your account. But then when you go to withdraw it to your bank account, there is a chance that it will be pending for a few hours before it reaches your access.

I waited for 21 days before the pending is released. I also wonder why the ForumCoin payment has to undergo such tedious process while all the sites that had paid me were instant. Expect a 10% deduction as fee by Paypal.

it means paypal has locked your account or you reached total transaction in this month. But do not to worry paypal will never eat your money just be patient and wait 1month

There's nothing to worry about because paypal just hold your money for certain time since you are using new account with them. After that period, you can use your money to buy stuffs or anything yo want. Paypal just want secure that you're not one of those guys who scam people over internet.

It's not a problem it's just a periode from paypal to make sure that this transaction happened without scamming after this periode you can use your money , and the only way to fix this is to contact the sender of your money and teel him to confirm the operation from his paypal account and you will be able to use your money without waiting for 30 day
