Used to, when I was much much younger. I had a vegetable garden which had broccoli, beans, cauliflower, pumpkin, lettuce. But- I live in the a much bigger city now and I haven't had a proper garden since I moved here.

FC Exchange or Other Member Ads depending on whether you are accepting FC$ for your services. :)

Haven't looked at this post in a while! :O

They ended up going quite well. One paper ended up having to have an independent review because of student complaints (it was very poorly done.. bad lecturers and mistakes in the test and exam - the exact same mistake ended up in both after they said they would more carefully check the exam). No one was removed from teaching though which I think shows a complete failure in the system.

Anyway... received some very good grades which I am definitely not on track to repeat this semester.

Cauliflower or kumara (sweet potato). :)

I'm doing a summer internship/ project at a bank for a few months but otherwise I am a full time student (studying a Master's in Applied Data Science). :)

 no. I've only watched a handful of scary movies. Probably The Conjuring 2. That was quite cool. :)

Oh cool ! So you have expertise in Financial nitty-gritties as well as you are into the world of Algorithms, and probably neural networks and other Data Science stuff.
You must have a few papers which are highly theoretical and descriptive. And are there any Analytics tool too which you are working with?

I get a very good mix of applied and theoretical with my current course. We don't, surprisingly, really cover neural networks because it's expected that we can pick up any algorithm ourselves after completing the course.. There are a bunch of algorithms and neural networks are one and they're usually good in specific situations (I guess that's like everything). For an assignment, I chose to use a NN for a classification problem. My other two algorithms performed better. :(

I've used R and PySpark/Python in this course. But I've previously used SAS, SQL and a bunch of other languages for Computer Science/ Statistics.

If you had to choose a form of dance for exercise, and your only two choices were belly dancing and break dancing, which would you pick?

Could you come up with an article or discussion on Basics of Analytics and also how to use some knowledge and skills of SEO, or related stuff?
And may be a post or two about some day to day interesting trivia?
It would be fun.

That is a very good question! I don't think I've received a weird message in a while though. :( If I think of one, I'll add it here.

cmoneyspinner wrote:If you had to choose a form of dance for exercise, and your only two choices were belly dancing and break dancing, which would you pick?

Break dancing! I don't think I have the hip movement for belly dancing (and I've put on a bit of weight in that area in the last 2 years  ). I'm not sure which would be a better workout... Hahaha

ptrikha21 wrote:Could you come up with an article or discussion on Basics of Analytics and also how to use some knowledge and skills of SEO, or related stuff?

I would love to do more articles for ForumCoin. I only have basic knowledge of SEO so I would more likely do an analytics/data science or programming tutorial. :) This will be a case of if/ when I get time, I will!

ptrikha21 wrote:And may be a post or two about some day to day interesting trivia?

Hmm. That reminds me of a website my former business partner (for a webhost) used to own: coolfacts. He had lots of interesting trivia type things. :)
