I am anxious to find out which of these preventions that you like the most! In my personal opinion, I like kitchen tasks the best. The following just might help you!
*Take off a couple of weeks from writing
This really works! A few of months ago, I was plum dry of topics. So, I took a month off from writing. I just happened to scroll through some e-mail and found an e-mail from Pinterest! Bingo! I found the mecca of topics!
*Do some activities that stimulate your thoughts
Personally, I like to cook and clean. I despise a messy fridge and freezer. I like to accomplish “pantry challenges” also! Saving money yet being healthy is very rejuvenating!
*Keep a notebook with you
When you are lying in bed and think of a topic, keep a notebook next to you! If not, you are going to forget!
*Write random topics
Personally, I specialised in cookbook reviews. I got out of my box and now write random articles for WeekendNotes.
*Change your environment
There are days when I simply move my laptop from my bedroom office to the kitchen and work at the kitchen table!
*Take a siesta
Don’t burnout!
*Create a list of ideas
There are days when you should devote a day to simply write down topics, especially by browsing Pinterest!
*Watch television or listen to the radio
This is something that I need to do. So many people watch television and listen to the radio that I feel left out. The good channels on the television require memberships of which I cannot afford. I can listen to music on my laptop but do not like today’s music. How do you feel? Do you like a certain television station?
*Take food/drink breaks
I have 2 favorites.
Prepare “freezer sandwiches! Whether lunch meat or good ol peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Prepare a few, place in aluminum and stick in the freezer. In the morning, take a sandwich out of the freezer and by noon have a lunch!
Prepare “protein smoothies”! Get out your blender and a pitcher. In the blender, toss in 2 eggs, 2 artificial sweetener packets, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 cup of jelly and fill with milk. Puree and voila! Pour in a pitcher and place in the fridge. Grab and go!
Do you agree? Do any like any of these in particular?
