The First Steps to Redeem Yourself When You are Lost and Dep

Postby grecy0905 » 22 Feb 2017, 04:49

Life is not all about being successful and having the things that you want. Sometimes in the middle of it, you still longing for something and you feel sad because you do not have it. Sometimes you don’t have anything at all. You already made a lot of bad decision that leads you to a lot of mistakes that made you do not trust yourself anymore. You tried to come back on your feet but starting it all over is very difficult because you lost the old you that is passionate and has the drive to be something different. What do you need to do when you feel lost in the middle? Having that kind of feeling will only lead you to depression when you cannot fix it anymore.

These are the following FIRST STEP to Redeem yourself about all the wrongs you did in your life.

You are not alone in this situation
Everyone has gone through pains in life. These pains are caused by the different situation. Sometimes the bad decision is the reason. Sometimes it is a good decision that leads to a bad one because they should consider the feelings of the people around them. They likely consider the consequences of that decision that is why they are not trying to do it anyway. You are not alone. Do not pick yourself and suffer from it alone. If you start to feel that you are not alone, you will feel good. That is the best first option you should do.

Be Aware of What You Really Feel?
What do you feel? Are you sad? Does it take some time to feel it? Or maybe you are depressed like you have been suffering on this one for so long? Take a moment to spend time with yourself in a quiet room. Ask yourself on how you really feel? Sometimes we are only sad and playing with our pets will able to relieve it. If that won’t work anymore and if you remember a lot of sad memories in the past that leads you to cry all day, then I can say you are depressed. Find time to learn about what you really feel before taking action on it.

It is Okay to Feel Sad
Sadness is an emotion. The level of emotion is what makes it different from other emotions. We feel it when there are sad memories, failures, mistakes and rejections. It is okay to feel sad because by this you will appreciate how it feels to be happy. You are forced to do something to remove yourself from it. You need to think of happy thoughts to shift your emotions. It is okay to feel sad but what is not is, if you are not doing something about it.

Meditation
If you already did the three aspects above, you really need to meditate. This is the final step of acceptance. In this process, you are slowly moving towards redeeming yourself. Meditation is simply locking you in a quiet room, being in the bed sitting and starts to contemplate. Contemplating is simply thinking about what happened and what went wrong. This leads you to a good reflection. You should do this regularly if you really need to solve your issue. This will lead you to a road to solving your issues about yourself to prevent having wrong decisions again.

You are absolutely right, and it is important to remember that pain and challenges are part of every human journey. Sometimes we feel like we are alone in the darkness, but the truth is that many have been there and have emerged stronger. What you are going through now can be a lesson to strengthen you for your tomorrow.

What you describe is that using meditation as a way to process and reflect is a very common approach to self-acceptance and personal growth. The idea is not about “locking yourself in,” but rather about intentionally creating a quiet space where you can slow down, observe your thoughts, and explore what is happening without the usual distractions.
