I do enjoy grapes, they are a convenient fruit to purchase and snack on. I do wonder if the seedless grapes you buy in the supermarket are as healthy as a natural gape with seeds would be.

An aunt of mine used to regularly go on a grape detox trip and said she felt amazing afterwards. I couldn't do it because it'd lead to my horrible gastro issues. A shame really because I LOVE grapes.

 Did you know you can actually plant them? Since you're from Nigeria, you can find varieties of grapes that grows on warm climates, because yes, there are varieties of grapes that likes warm environments.
