1. Oil Pulling: Begin your day with oil pulling, an ancient Ayurvedic practice. Swish a tablespoon of coconut or sesame oil in your mouth for 15-20 minutes. This process helps to reduce bacteria, plaque, and tartar buildup.
2. Baking Soda Scrub: Baking soda is a gentle abrasive that aids in removing stains and plaque. Create a paste using a teaspoon of baking soda and a dash of water. Brush your teeth with this mixture a few times a week for a natural and effective cleanse.
3. Citrus Fruits: Citrus fruits like oranges, lemons, and strawberries contain natural acids that can help break down plaque. Rub the inside of the fruit on your teeth or create a paste, allowing the acids to work their magic. Remember to rinse thoroughly afterward to prevent acid erosion.
4. Fibrous Fruits and Vegetables: Crunchy fruits and vegetables like apples, carrots, and celery act as nature's toothbrushes. Their fibrous texture helps stimulate saliva production, which naturally cleanses the mouth and reduces plaque buildup.
5. Green Tea Rinse: Swap your regular mouthwash for green tea. Rich in antioxidants, green tea has antimicrobial properties that can help control bacteria and reduce the formation of plaque. Rinse your mouth with a cup of cooled green tea regularly.
6. Turmeric Paste: Turmeric's anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties make it a valuable ally in oral care. Create a paste using turmeric powder and water, and gently brush your teeth with it. Be cautious as turmeric can stain; use it sparingly and rinse thoroughly.
7. Sesame Oil and Clove Mouthwash: Combine sesame oil with a few drops of clove oil for a powerful natural mouthwash. Swirl the mixture in your mouth for a few minutes before spitting it out. Both oils have antibacterial properties that can help reduce plaque and promote oral health.
8. Cheese as a Protector: Cheese is not only a delicious snack but also beneficial for your teeth. It helps raise the pH in your mouth, reducing the risk of tooth decay. Enjoy a small piece of cheese after meals to fortify your enamel.
9. Maintain Hydration: Water is a natural cleanser. Drinking an adequate amount throughout the day helps wash away food particles, bacteria, and acids, preventing plaque formation.
10. Regular Oral Hygiene Practices: Lastly, natural methods work best when combined with regular oral hygiene practices. Brush your teeth twice a day, floss regularly, and use a fluoride toothpaste recommended by your dentist.
Incorporating these natural remedies into your routine, along with regular dental check-ups, can contribute to a healthier, plaque-free smile. Nature has provided us with effective tools; let's embrace them for a brighter and healthier oral future.

We are far away from teeth care that's why after sometime we face much more problems in this regard. We need to only brush daily two times, and use mouthwash, I did this and I know it's benefit.

I think as much as we need to brush and use mouthwash we also need to floss which helps to reach the places that are hard to get to. One also needs to go for regular checkups with a dentist because some procedures are hard to do at home like removing a tooth which anyone can do.

I’ve had good results gently brushing with baking soda once a week and rubbing my teeth with a bit of mashed strawberry. I also rinse with warm salt water daily.
