AI AND THE WORKING OF THE HUMAN BRAIN is a cliched topic for discussion but sadly many have not realised the seriousness of what happens when AI is welcomed with open ar,s that forces the brain to rest while AI does what the brain should really be doing and that is THINKING.

Thinking is food for the brain and when that is taken away the brain will be like a knife that is not sharpened – dull and out of action..

. The brain needs to be kept active and the more active the brain is the shaper will it be

AI is useful when we are seeking information and AI is always ready with it and we get it in split seconds but It is always good to compare that information with what one can find on the Internet from other sources. AI need not be always right.

But the tendecny for most is to get ready made answers for mathematical problems, authoring books and articles and that is where the human brain takes a beating when that work is done by AI the consequences of which result in Alzheimer’s, Amnesia, and Dementia

Just like any other organs in our body the brain also needs special care. Mental exercises such as solving riddles and mathematical problems, word puzzles should be a part of one’s day to day activity and so also food that enhances one’s memory should be taken regularly.

AI recommends “fatty fish (salmon, sardines), berries (blueberries), leafy greens (spinach, kale), nuts (walnuts), and turmeric. These foods provide essential Omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and vitamins that protect brain cells and improve memory”
As mentioned what AI provides as information could be considered of substance and this could be compared with other sources available on the net.

It is human tendency to look for short cuts but there needs to be a limit when it comes to giving the brain the rest and too much of it can spell disaster

Apart from the brain getting affected AI also takes away jobs and that again is something the world needs to rethink.

Perhaps one could put a restrain on what exactly and how much use is made of AI so that both the brain and the jobs are saved.

However this seems wishful thinking looking at the way how hungry the world is to mechanize and digitise everything that can be done and this seems just the beginning.

This is what so many people don't know, relying too much on AI makes the brain dull.
