Active Self Awareness Build Self Trust

Postby grecy0905 » 27 Mar 2017, 18:39

It is reasonable that when you are not aware of the things you do, the mistake that you’ve done, you will never know yourself. One of the main ingredients in building self-trust is knowing what are the things you need to improve yourself. One should always take note on what areas in their life they make decisions that out of the control. Not all the decision we made are turned out right because we made mistakes. Sometimes, it turned out not to the way we expect them because it is not us who decides alone. The decisions of other affect our own decisions and sometimes ruin it. Mistakes can cause self-doubt.

Below are the ways to Guide to Self-Awareness

Take time to observe what you feel
There are times in a specific situation that you know you are happy when the truth is you are not. Find time to reflect on what happened and what would be the cause of unhappiness. There must be something in between. Choose to be real than not. When you are telling everyone, you are okay, but your body is showing some weakness, respond to it. Stop for the meantime and remember what would be the reason you are feeling weak. You must listen to your body and brain. If you maintain to do it, every signal it is giving to you will give you the right response.

Learn to know your Weakness
You must know your weakness and sometimes what you already know is enough for you to know it. Learning about your weakness is not to be treasured, it should be worked on. It is okay to have a weakness but one should not increase the number. You should lessen the number of weaknesses by solving it one by one. Regardless of the long process, one by one will be eliminated on your lists of weakness. it will even solve your issue about self-doubt.
Furthermore, not all people knows their weaknesses. You can only do that by reflecting and when you are in a new situation where you feel it. Taking notes of the developed weakness might help you to trace it one by one. However, not all are developed weakness. Because you are not aware of most of your weakness, you never thought that you have that weakness even before, you might be denying it or never believe you have it.

Weakness is what makes you weak literally. These are the things you under-performed or avoid. It makes you irritable. These are the things that you still trying to work out. In facing the process of making a solution to your weakness, find the reason of weakness. Why are you afraid to do these things? What makes you afraid? What makes you coward? This is the perfect opportunity to face your fears. If you solve the first step, then you become aware what part of the solution you will be weak and you will never be running away with it.

Learning how you feel and to know more about your weakness builds self-trust. It is because you came to know yourself and now you know how you respond to problems that may occur.

I can agree that weakness sadly does make a person irritable. I am saying this though from the perspective of if one is depressed and feeling that way. I think it is important though to follow what you mentioned here though, as I think it would be important not just for us but for our mental health too.
