List of appreciation journal or simple called Appreciation Journal is all about the list of what you are thankful for yourself. You can input some stories in it and tell a story in detail on how you come up the story as something you are grateful for. There are three topics to choose from. It depends on what happened to you from the past and present.
Why do we need to do this? This is a form of journal where you can relax for a bit and remember some positive stories that happened to you. Even little things like someone open a door for you at the office should be noted because this only means that humanity exists. You may be laughing and might telling, it is just a waste of paper and ink of a pen, but nope. Appreciation journal will make you happy. It will make you appreciate yourself more.
It is highly recommended for the people who are always unappreciated that they feel sad, they are finding reason why it is happening on them. You can write about your success stories. It could be your present success story or your past story. The first time I did this, I was like “What? Really, I should include this?” But when I started writing and thinking about what I like about myself, the list goes on. I never thought that I have lot of good things about me. What makes me love this part is that when I am sad, I always remember what are the good things about me and it shifts my mood. It is working on me that is why I continue doing it.
