A balance diet is fundamental for your own health and well being. Various consumable organic foods like fruits and vegetables, helps to supply proper nutrients to our body, which is essential for a healthy growth. How well we perceived the happenings around us varies differently as it depends on how you initially perceive your environment from your early life as a child. In fact, as you are reading my boring article, your monitor's ray of light slowly crippling your eye sight (I'm sorry but not sorry). This is of course not limited to this, but any kind of light exposed to your eyes will cause internal damage to your retina. To counter this farce, you'll need food that's rich in Lutein and Vitamin A, such as carrots, corns, and egg yolks. If your heart is throbbing like crazy when a dude/ dudettes confessed to you, that's a good sign and a prove of you being alive, however, not so for those with heart problem, because we don't want you to faint for your own good. Thanks God, our technology is advance enough to ward off cardiovascular diseases, which is nice. Apparently, you need enough intake of sodium nutrient to reduce the risk of heart related problem. The food with high sodium includes cooked bacon, pretzels, baked potatoes, and soy sauce. Be aware that high intake of sodium may cause high blood pressure, so include it as part of your balance diet for a hearty lifestyle. lol

To be frank, I hate milk, and my bones are the least organ I care about. I guess that's why physical appearance is seeming to curve in a bad way, even though I am still in my early 20's. But, I don't want you have unique characteristic like me, please let me be the only special species on this planet. That's why, you gonna need more calcium nutrients to enhance your bones structure. Calcium prevents Osteoporosis, a condition where your bones are in brittle and fragile state, due to loss of bones tissue. And, to prevent your bones from cracking, or even worse, snapping, at an old age, you need to drink a lot of milk! It is recommended to intake 3 cups of non-fat milk everyday for a steel-like bone. Besides, milk also provides protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fat nutrients, which are essentials not only for your bones, but for your body.
