How to get more users in Faucets especially Forumcoin.win

Postby Collinberg » 29 Dec 2016, 11:32

I was definitely the happiest person when Cyberfreak announced the launching of Forumcoin.win, and from the statistics so far,I have made over 30% of the total claim up till date even though I wasn't even active yesterday,it just shows that I love faucets and am an active claimer.because of my love for this forum,I thought long and hard about ways to improve it's faucet and came up with these suggestions..

Extend Claim Time and Increase Claims One thing I have noticed over and over again(because I and my friends do it) is that people tend to flock to faucets that have one hour claim time and high payouts.
The logic behind this is simple, with a one hour claim time,u don't have to hover over ur phone waiting every 5mins so that u can claim,it means u wouldn't have the time to attend to other chorea or tasks, but if the claim time is an hour,u can claim ur free Forum coin, and go back to other things u were doing and return when it's time to claim again. So in the case of Forumcoin.win, instead of claiming 0.15FC every 5mins,more people would be interested if it was 0.75FC every 30 mins or 1FC every 1 hour.

Affiliate Link Earnings while it can be argued that ForumCoin.com and ForumCoin.win is connected,it would be better if they had separate affiliate links, some users might be interested in just fauceting while some might be interested in just posting and earning.one huge incentive about refferals is the reward,ForumCoin.com gives 25FC per referral but I would advice that it should be given as a percentage% for every coin each individual referral earns, that way,it would be a great incentive to invite more active users.

I posted this article in this section because these tips are not meant just for ForumCoin.com.it's meant for everybody interested in running a cryptocurrency faucet,am an active fauceter and these are my observations from months of claiming from faucets.

I hope these tips helps everybody who wants to run a faucet and hope it eventually gets noticed by Cyberfreak so that he can make the appropriate changes if he agrees with them.. If u have any other suggestions about improving faucets,u can add them below.

how about writing a short summary about forum coin win at our own blog and put the referral link there?

One thing I like about forumcoin win is there is no limit of earning daily

I actually recently did a blog post about ForumCoin win it has not increased my referrals here but I hope it brings interested people to check out ForumCoin. I like the idea of the extended claim time and increased reward but not to sure if that would be doable with so many people using the faucet now.

I'm not sure that the extended claim time and increased reward would work because a lot less ads would be displayed that way.

I agree wtih @Gina145. There would be less ad revenue and they'd be paying the same to their users. That means Forumcoin will be losing more money. Also, I think if they did it in one hour intervals, it's more likely that people will forget to check back.

It is indeed quite complex as altering either the claim amount or interval can change things vastly. Changing either value can affect income from ads, users activity, number of claims and therefore it is not really a case of saying double the claim amount and double the interval and the same amount will be paid out as that is not the case and doesn't take into account the lower number of ad impressions or clicks. I have been running various faucets for around a year and it is impossible to keep everything consistent as the ad revenue and number of claims varies alot daily and not always in the way you expect. Sometimes days with lower activity can result in more ad revenue. It is just a case of averaging it out over a period of time.

Affiliate link earnings is something I considered however referring people to the faucet is a bit pointless if they are not already a member of FC itself. It will mean you need to refer someone to sign up to 2 sites which is harder than getting someone to sign up to one site. To be honest, the faucet is meant to just be a benefit to members who would have been a part of FC anyway rather than to directly to attract members in. Crediting your FC referrals claims is difficult as they are to separate sites with the faucet having no direct access to the FC main database to check referral information etc.

Adjusting claim rates and times can be tricky. Whenever changes are made there is always a risk of adverse events and unforeseen negative consequences. Sometimes trial and error is the option. Experimenting with changes can lead to the most ideal outcome but the risks have to be managed. The shorter the duration the more users will be attached to the site. This loyalty can in turn make for better for ad impressions.

I am happy earning extra coins at faucet. The trick is if you work online, you can leave the tab on the whole day and just click away. :)

I joined both forum coin. win and. com last months, it been very nice and interesting. So far, forum coin. win doesn't accumulates it FC that you can claim after an hour like other faucet. Actually if referral package is introduced to the forumcoin.win it will attract more traffic.
