Not only doing dieting, working out in a gym or jogging could help us to lose weight. There are additional activities we can do regularly for us to effortlessly lose weight. We only need to change our lifestyles and make it as a habit. People started to do an experiment about having an activity to lose weight and it works wonders on them. Please find below tips and regularly doing it will make you lose weight faster than you expected.

Breathing Deeply
Deep breathing lowers down your Cortisol Level, it is a steroid hormone, that regulates weight gain and stress. It increases the right amount of Oxygen you breathe in and make your metabolism faster. It also helps in blood circulation because you are getting in the right amount of Oxygen in the body by simply breathing in and out for 2 to 3 minutes once you wake up in the morning. Make it as a habit will also help to lessen pain in your body once your muscle get strain in performing different activities.

Vegetables in Breakfast is a Must
Breakfast is the most important meal in a day. It covers 25% of your energy in a day. Most of us are used to eating cereals, egg and rice, egg or bread, bread or butter or any kinds of foods we pertain as breakfast foods. For a change, one need to include vegetables in breakfast. One could eat only vegetable during breakfast as well. Once you include breakfast, you became focus and more intellectual when it comes to daily activities. It is a good filling when you think you are hungry, it lowers calorie intake and improved intestinal transit.

Sitting Up Straight
Slouching when you are sitting only strain your back. It is important to always remember to sit up straight at the back because it also reduces Cortisol level in your body. Sitting up straight could also help in blood flow which helps your focus on whatever you are doing.

Eating Spicy Foods

Spicy foods as Capsaicin, an active component of spicy foods. Once you eat spicy foods, you start to feel you are burning fat by the presence of your perspiration. This is one of the fastest fat burning that everyone could do effortlessly. Only by consumption of spicy foods, it increases the burning of fats. You are like eating to burn fats. It also increases your metabolism by 20% for 30 minutes of eating.

Removing of Excess Fats Using a Tissue, Table Napkin or Paper Towel
Tissue and Table Napkin are the other names of Paper Towel. When you are frying fish or meat, you can put those in a Paper towel on top of a plate to reduce excess fats that you can get from the food. This is for the people who cannot get rid of eating fried foods. If you could not stop from eating it, you just need to remove the excess fats. Paper towels absorb excess fats so that you could enjoy your favorite dried food without compromising your diet.

Yes, I agree that fried food should be reduced if possible. Otherwise, trim off the fats from the meats. After deep fried, use the kitchen paper towel to absorb the excess oil. This way, you can reduce consuming the oils.

In addition, do not sleep right after eating a heavy dinner.

Thanks for sharing your article sis grecy0905 :) These are indeed good tips, but I'm actually on this eating lifestyle called Banting and it works like magic for me. I'm not one for diets, so this is the first thing remotely like a diet that I'm doing and I just can't believe how much weight I'd dropped in the few months I've been doing it. All it is; no sugar, low carbs and high fat (good fats). I don't go hungry and absolutely love it. I guess different things work for different people :)
