I don't use cotton buds because they actually push the ear buds closer to the eardrum, so I stopped using them. Instead, I use the gadget with camera that can remove the earwax. If I have more money, I will have my ears professionally cleaned, but I don't have much money, so I use the ear scoop with camera and it's so effective. And I just learned how to use my hands more gently, so I won't hurt myself.

I have taken to watching life hacks on YouTube and recently found out hydrogen peroxide is good for getting rid of ear wax. We've been trying it on my husband's ears. You put in 3-5 drops, it fizzes to the top and you see some of the wax coming out
