Food without salt is not very delicious. I prefer adding salt to ingrediants while cooking against informations given there.

I totally get that.. food can taste pretty bland without salt. It's all about finding the right balance you know? You don't have to eliminate salt completely just maybe use a bit less than usual or try other seasonings like herbs and spices to add flavor.

The most important thing to understand is that you don't have to eliminate salt completely. You can reduce the amount a little and the food will still taste good. Try using ingredients like garlic, ginger, fresh pepper, or coriander. You'll get a refreshing taste without harming your health. These spices not only give food real flavor, but also help the body avoid high blood pressure, so balance is important.

I'm not big on salt anyway. I also prefer to use pink salt because it tastes better and I've been told it's better for us. But I generally tend to use various spices and seasonings instead, and really lay off the salt. I find my food tastes better that way.

Have you ever tried cooking more with spices instead of salt? You'd be surprised how good it tastes.

Very useful tips. While I do not think I excessively exceed the salt intake, sometimes I do overshoot.
So I need to be more planned and careful.

I haven’t heard of coughing as a reaction to salt. Maybe it’s triggering some throat irritation or making you thirsty, which could lead to coughing.
