Coconut oil is good too as it avoids you from having degenerative neurological diseases.

Do Exercise
Exercising regularly stimulates brain nerve cells. It also protects them from damaging. When you exercise, your brain releases proteins called Neurotrophic Factors, specifically brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). This one is needed for learning. Exercise not only helps in blood flowing in different parts of the body, it also helps us to learn a new task. It expanding our memory network that helps us to learn a new task and keep on learning. It is recommended to have high-intensity workouts.

Multitasking with the lack of organization and planning might be prone to a lot of errors. It even could lead you to slow phase than being productive. Multitasking is not productive anymore because you lose focus on your priorities. Instead of finishing the first one, you are finishing the multiple ones and you find it difficult to finish it all. Lack of focus can trigger memory problem. Remember our brain have 8 seconds to enter a memory in the brain so let us be mindful of what we are doing.

Playing brain games makes your brain busy. It helps in enhancing your brain to learn new words, new numbers and new situations. Crossword puzzle and Sudoku are those that are recommended to sharpen your brain.

You need to choose a task that really has a purpose in your life and learn it by heart. You should give enough focus and attention to master it. The challenge is to find a new skill that mentally stimulates you. You should be looking forward and excited to do it again. It should be playing a new music instrument, crafting, painting etc.

Try to learn from having Mnemonic Devices

I really should take note of this post because with age my memory is worse. I read a lot on the internet so I'm hoping that this will go some way to preserving it. I don't usually sleep for more than 5 hours but I wouldn't know how to change that as 5 hours seems enough for me.

Learning new skills is one of the best ways to improve our brains. It makes our brains work and thus keeps all of the connections strong. A good way to improve memory is simply to use it. For example many people have a shopping list that they write down. Instead of writing it down use your memory to ensure you purchased everything you had in mind. Multi-tasking is unavoidable at times. Whether someone is earning online or simply just living life, time is limited. It is possible to multi-task in an organized fashion with focus at the root of it. As they say there are things to do, places to go and people to see. We our computer's memory quite often. Where would we be without it? We should always strive to keep our human memory sharp. There are too many debilitating neurological diseases out there that eats away at our minds.

I can only sleep on that number of hours or maybe less of it, but I don't want that to happen again because it really rotten my brain. And also one needs to sleep at night and that is proper.

The problem is that I tend to forget what I am going to buy so I write it down. But you are right, if we need to enhance it, we need to apply some challenge. If you have a lists, write it down and try to remember those on the lists and not that when you are buying, you keep checking the list. I am going to try this the next time.
