Sample Answer
It is quite understandable that it will be awkward for me on the first day. The HR Department on both of my past jobs had an activity for new employees to introduced themselves. I love that they provide orientation to let us know the company more, besides what we already learned from the company website. I am introduced to the team I will be working with. From the moment I started to sit on my desk, I became observant of everyone. I talk to them. If I know they are not that busy, I slightly mingle with them by asking some questions, like their names, some company rules or policy or even about the job that I will be doing. I make sure that every time I learn something new, I take down notes. I gave myself a week to know what I need to know and then I strictly focus on the job training.
