Postby swalia » 02 Apr 2017, 06:53

Technology has made our lives so easier. But at the same time, it has complicated our life too. Expectations have piled up at work and we are expected to multi task. Maintaining a balance between work and home is another big challenge. So how to cope up when so much is happening around us? The answer is simple- Use technology for your convenience. There are so many mobile apps which can really be a big help in boosting your productivity. If you go through mobile app categories then you can find so many apps listed in the productivity category. Here are 8 mobile apps that I use to boost productivity and I am sure you will also be benefitted by using the same:
1. Any-do This is a perfect app for a perfect start of a productive day. With a calendar and checklist, any-do allows you to list tasks and priortize them. The app also syncs across all your devices making it easily accessible.
2. Evernote This app can again be accessed through all your devices and is the perfect app to jot down your notes. It is an ideal app for project planning, noting down blog ideas, saving a picture, writing down details and sharing it with others.
3. Zamurai This app provides you a whiteboard at your finger tips. Zamurai is a mobile whiteboard where you can write new ideas. You can keep it for personal use and also when you are in a meeting and you want to create a visual of your ideas.
4. Carrot This app helps you in staying productive with its different categories like alarm, to-do, fit, hunger, weather. Just select the category and list your goals. The app rewards you for getting things done and reminds when not.
5. Camscanner This app is like a portable scanner at your fingertips which you can carry anywhere. You can scan receipts, documents, photographs, news etc and email it from the mobile or also share it across different sharing platforms.
6. Dropbox Dropbox is a file hosting app which simplifies the way you can share and collaborate. You can bring your photos or documents anywhere and keep them safe. You can access the files kept in dropbox through mutilple devices.
7. 1Password Tired of remembering multiple passwords? It is a safe place to store your passwords and keep them safe & secure. You can save your passwords here and log in to sites with a single click. It is the best password manager app around.
8. Trello This is a task manager app. You can create boards on the app which helps in keeping the projects organized. Each board allows you to work on just one task at a time. It also allows you to collaborate with colleagues and friends and is also supported by Google Drive and dropbox.

Using these productivity apps have simplified my life to an extent for sure. Especially for people like us who are blogging and writing along with our usual day jobs, these productivity apps are quite a boon.
