Did they state that you were banned for multiple accounts? It could be because of violations of rules. Try and contact him to know the true situation.

A friend had the same problem on the site. it is a common thing with BMF.

I contacted Mr B, he said I am allowed to request withdrawal anytime. He is paying.
But he is no longer the owner, so we have to understand things.
