Yes a lot of people has been banned from the site, it seems they do nor even try to investigate the most of these bans.

Information is shared by people like us, and most of them are just posting anything.

I have found valuable information there, and there are also people who have made money with the advice I have given to them, if people just go there to post that is what they will earn $ 0.01.

Surely for that reason every time the forum pays less and less to its users, it is far from being the site it once was, because people dont post quality content

They have reduced the pay rate to half but still I can see the site buzzing with activities. That shows that it's a trusted and legit site. Even with their reduced pay rate, they are still at par with the other PTP sites.

I do believe it, because in these forums the quality of the content is the main thing to position yourself and receive better profits from advertisers and that more advertisers come to your site, in addition to users, because not everyone comes for the incentive if not in search of information.

Yes it's not the quality of contents that is the issue for me I think that the issue is that Adsense revenue he earn has been reduced
