Yes, by reaching out to the admin beforehand, you can make him aware of your situation and can prevent any deactivation due to inactivity.

Yeah. Even though the platform has a new owner, Mr. B is still the Admin. He helped me restore my Beer Surveys account. Although to be honest I don't really like Beer Surveys. I tried to take surveys and it says I don't qualify. I have gone to a different platform with the same surveys, took them, and earned. I don't know why Beer Surveys says I don't qualify when I can go to another platform and qualify.

They have been paying even before 25th. It depends on when you apply for withdrawal. If you do close to 25th, they would just pay you at once on 25th.
