This Miley chorus carries completely different feelings. If you listen carefully, you can see that it is a story of a dem trying to enter full force with love but his partner remains cold and has no response. He throws himself like a wrecking ball, wanting to break the walls, but instead of being well received, he ends up getting hurt and falling badly.
