Spotify Wrapped is a fun event Spotify has at the end of each year, where it tallies up what users have listened to during the previous year (well, between January and October) and gives stats on their listening habits (hours listened, different music genres, artists, songs played etc). I always enjoy seeing the wrap up of what I've been listening to through the year, and there is sometimes a video message from an artist you listen to a lot.

If you're as Spotify user, do you like Spotify Wrapped?

Yeah, I'm waiting for it and I even publicly share my playlist as my way to promote my favorite artists. Because Spotify is the easiest way for us to help our favorite singers even if we have no money. Although, I do pay money for Spotify because I want to get rid of the ads. I hate when ads interrupt my playlist.

Yep, the ads are annoying. I don't have premium right now, but I should be able to get it as a tax right off next year because I will be using it as part of my job.

I try to buy digital albums from Bandcamp when I can, or buy band merch because the artists don't get much from Spotify. Still, it's better than nothing, especially if you tell people about the bands you like.

I was disappointed with it this year. In previous years it included more interesting info about my music listening, such as what area of the world had the most similar listening habits to me. It seems to be missing that kind of detail this year.
