That's good to know sweerie_banana,. I really enjoy snacking on almonds myself and quality sources of protein are obviously very important for a healthy diet. Greek yoghurt has been mentioned in a few different topics recently here on ForumCoin, I really need to start buying it again and including it in my diet.

I’ve been trying to up my protein intake lately, and it’s been fun experimenting with different options. Greek yogurt has become my go-to snack—so easy to dress up with a drizzle of honey and some fruit. But I also love how you included tofu! I was skeptical about it at first, but after trying it in a stir-fry with spicy peanut sauce, I was hooked.

Of all of these foods listed, Quinoa is the most surprising to me. Never knew it has so much protein. And I have access to it in abundance.

Chickpeas are a hidden gem in the diet. When roasted, they make a crunchy, fresh snack, and when blended into hummus, they are creamy and tasty. What's more, one cup of cooked chickpeas packs nearly fifteen grams of protein. This makes them a powerhouse of strength and health, aiding muscle growth and maintaining body balance. They are a simple food but their impact on everyday wellness is huge.
