What do you is the best emulator on phone? There are a lot of working emulators in android phones in comparison to the Iphone. If you are looking for a good emulator, I suggest you download the drastic emulator. It is worth it. It doesn't lag on my samsung note 2. I don't own a nintendo ds. So I'm happy whoever made this emulator on android. You have to pay for it in google play though.
