In the world of business it is focuse and determination that always bring it success in rim light, not emotion or felling guilty of any kind because if you do so it will always slow and delay your progress and it can even kick your out of the game.

You are right, in today's world working hard alone might not give you the desired results, but working smart would be a lot more effective.

A business attitude is being able to accommodate your customers and be sure you are not rude to them but friendly.

It goes without saying that a business that disregards/disrespects its customers does not last long. In the current information age, a disgruntl3d customer can easily recruit others to hate your business.
