I used the MyFitnessPal app for a short time a few years ago to keep track of calories. I don't track calories now, but it would be a very usefull app for anyone who wants to do that.

Thank you. I like to make sure that I don't go over my calorie and sodum limits. Sodium can be very sneaky.
