I am disappointed about dollar stores such as Dollar Tree. Such dollar store does not solely cranberry. Such juice is always mixed with a different juice such as apple. Yuck.

Do not bathe in with any soap that is not anti-bacterial. I personally use Dial Gold Bar anti-bacterial soap. Cleanse all of your important parts.

Cotton underwear is good advice- natural fibers allow your parts to breathe. Drinking plenty of water is good too.

You actually shouldn't use soap on your lady parts though- you can wash the outside, but certainly not the inside because you don't want to disrupt the natural flora (there is good bacteria there too, and if you get rid of it you risk a yeast infection) and using anti-bacterial soap all the time is probably overkill. Whatever soap you use down there should be mild and unscented to avoid irritation.

You're not going to get a UTI from a toilet seat, because your urethra would never be touching it. It's not a bad idea to disinfect the seat though if you share the toilet with other people. There will be tiny fragments of poo and bacteria on there.

OMG you don't like apple and cranberry juice?! I love it! I mean, I enjoy cranberry juice on its own but have recently discovered those ones that are mixed with other fruit. Like here we have apple, cherry and grape with cranberry.... all delicious, especially chilled

Apple and blackcurrant is a pretty popular combination here. I imagine apple and cranberry is nice too.
