I am searching for such hosting to but there is no at moment. Free hosting don't allow faucet sites since they have many requests and can overload server.

You need paid hosting for sure for a faucet. Due to bots, your site will be down often because of hitting limits. Free hosting is very much for really basic websites with very little traffic at any time.

You can get decent hosting for a few $ a month and that will be more worthwhile that dealing with free hosts.

Most hosting services provide monthly billing options. If you check on their website you will most probably find that option there. Many providers offer a discount if you pay a year in advance, e.g. they may offer one year of hosting for the price of 10 months, if you pay in advance.
