Lentils only takes 45 minutes on the stove. This is a very filling dish. What I like about it is that a 16-oz bag can feed a family of 5.

I put turkey sausage in mine. But sometimes I do vegetarian style.

I slept in today. And then when I got up, I just chilled out and did exactly nothing I was absolutely exhausted from the week.
