I was watching a cooking show, and a famous chef said she always buys rotisserie chicken to use for quick meals.

It will actually save you from cooking time. For example, you want to make a stir-fry vegetable, and instead of, you know, sauteing raw meat, you have, it will just, you know, saute already cooked rotisserie chicken that you buy in bulk. It saves you a lot of time.

In our Walmart, one chicken costs $4.97. For about $5, I can take *it home, add it to whatever I have in my kitchen cabinets and refrigerator, and fix a meal for 6 people. Stir fry, casserole, chicken enchiladas, chicken salad, etc. Sometimes I just rip off a piece, put it between two pieces of bread, and make a sandwich.

My roommate's sister recently gave myself a pound of Hillshire Farm rotisserie seasoned chicken breast. Completely awful. So, I disguised the flavor with mozzarella cheese cooked in the air fryer.
