Research shows how to keep your brain young

Postby germainebull » 06 Feb 2026, 11:24

You can actually beat brain aging with your lifestyle! If you get enough sleep, laugh with your friends, and let go of stress, you are turning on the machine that maintains youth. These are the real tools to prevent premature aging of the brain.

Scientists using MRI have found that people with positive vibes have brains eight years younger than normal! Even if you have chronic pain, if you keep yourself fit, the mind remains strong. Remember to protect your mental resources from being depleted.

This is quite true. So many people don't the realise the importance of quality sleep. Having a good sleep cycle is really good for your brain. Also, spending less time on the phone doom scrolling helps
