I've just started taking it, I take about 3g in the morning, mixed with my coffee. I'm not doing any weight lifting exercises but I hope I can still benefit from it. Would be interested to hear if any of our other members have taken it.

There are several foods that contain creatine. I have not taken the creatine supplement per se. Talking of creatine, creatinine is wasted muscle that gets into the blood due to kidney issues and is extremely harmful.

I do workout, more tabata than weights but I don't take creatine. My friend did but he is physical education (PE) teachers and also hold trainings for adults. He looks big (under big think body building body) and he say creatine helped him with muscles.
