The real deal is still the best!
All of those are attempts at duplicating the real smoke flavor of a hardwood fire, but fall short . I use a Traeger Hardwood Pellet Grill and anything that comes out of it is real smoked flavor.
Hmm, it is probably a stupid question, but will your house get filled by smoke after? We live in an apartment and I hate (HAAATTTTEEE) the leftover smell from cooked food long after I am done cooking and washing the pots. So I am just worried it will be the same as this.
Not a problem for me, I have my grill in my 1/4 acre back yard just off the porch
