It's good to be a conscientious and devoted employee. But don't let your boss or co-workers take advantage of you. They will do it! Double check to make sure you're not being dumped on and overworked. It's a commonplace practice in the work world, all around the world. Same in America as it is in Africa.

But it sounds to me like since it's a new job, you're overly anxious about getting the job done right. Am I right or am I wrong?
