You in the process of formatting / Windows installation will have this option if you want to split your disk into 2 partitions simply divide the disk capacity by 2. Then put the value given in both partitions.

There are many programs for this and some are even free. For example Aomei Partition Assistant Standard or MiniTool Partition Wizard. I've never used them, but they are free. And some people say that they are good!

I always do like Ripadas said... But if you don't want to install windows again (I'm assuming that you are using windows)...

I do that when installing windows, but if you want a program Mintool partition wizard will do the work. It's a very good (free) program.

Yes there is. Like ripadas said you can do that when you are formating your PC / installing Windows. You just need to split/divide it to partions. You choose the number of partitions that you want to have. Follow the steps that @ripadas gave you.

If your using windows 7 you can use the Disk Management. No need for a 3rd-party software.

Man use google to search for that, I bet official Microsoft site has that answer, your threads are hillarious xDDDDDDDDDD anyways, the best why is to format your PC and reinstall your OS, then before the installation you can divide the HDD has many times as you want... Just format the partition that has the OS, put the files you want to save in the other one... EZ breezy

Disk Management in Windows 7 works perfectly. I don't know what to recommend if you're on Linux!

Yes, that ´s what I said in my previous post. It works even in Windows 8 and Windows 8.1. Microsoft usually don ´t change in-built tools so I belirve it would work even in 10
