$15??? You're very patient. I have tried to wait until I earned $10 or 1000 coins. In the end, I was too hard for me to wait. As soon as I reach the minimum 500 coins I request payment. And I have consistently received payment within less than 48 hours.

You have to have a least 6 dollars to cash out. Then get a member link for one dollar.
Then just message ferbal with the link you want and your paypal.
I am cashing out for the first time this week.
