Yeah i thought of the same. Singapore is really known for their highspeed internet connection but S.Korea definitely nailed it !

Philippines has 2.5. But it wont be that stable. It's only up to 2.5 mbps so it might be 0 to 2.5. I hate ISP providers here

It is South Korea. According to Akamai Technologies, Its download data rate was measured at 23 Mbits which is 40% faster than the next ranked country Japan with 12.9 Mbits

Thanks for this info, I didnt knew about china and japan. Well, in india also 3g has just stepped now.
