I'm not sure I understand the question.I usually log in and just comment on existent threads without ever doing the tasks. I've checked them out a time or two but nothing interested me, so I've never gone back into that area.

Not really. Completing 100 posts is not a perquisite for being counted as valid referral. The referral counts once the IP address is pure

More than 50% of the people been reffered don't make up to 100 posts so most people that refer them don't get the reward for push to win the referal contest rewards
