Hi friend, As of my experience Youtube is the biggest and most trusted site for playing and uploading online video.
I don't know any site that can compare into Youtube. But after I googling, I got some site that may help you:
1. vimeo.com
2. vevo.com
3. dailymotion.com
You can try that my friend.

I've always found Vimeo as a great alternative for youtube. It provides great videos, high quality videos and never had problems on Vimeo.

My problem with Vimeo is the player. It always crashes so I don't watch Vimeo videos. There was a local youtube alternative some years ago. It is CGE.TV. I had uploaded many videos there in the hope of helping it to become popular. However, it failed the mark and quit just like that.

Now you can use even use Facebook as a Youtube alternative. There is stiff competition going on between the two. Only time will tell who will win in this race.

As per latest news, Facebook has come up with a lot of new features in their online video sharing section.

The Youtube is reliable but there is much more competition. Other companies want to expand as may end up offering good proposals for who is starting. It is a matter of good look at what they offer ... :D

Vimeo and daily motions seems to have a problem. They seem to crush each time and takes lot of time to load.

I am not really a fan of Vimeo. YouTube is my favourite but if I had to choose an alternative, I would go with DailyMotion. DailyMotion would be way more popular if there was no YouTube in my opinion.
